While our heating and cooling technicians have a routine they go through each morning to get ready for their day, there are also things you can do to get your home ready for a maintenance or repair appointment. It could potentially save time, and it will make for a much smoother, more efficient visit.
Put clutter away
Toys and other objects scattered around your home and in the yard could be tripping hazards for our technicians walking through or around your home. Be sure to put any clutter in its place before your appointment. This includes removing any items that may make it difficult to get to your outdoor units, or units that may be in the basement.
Prepare a list of questions
It’s a smart idea to write out a list of questions you may have before our technicians arrive. We will do our best to address any questions or concerns you may have, and if we don’t have an answer while we are in your home, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a response.
Be sure your pets are contained
You may have friendly pets, but it’s important to keep them contained when our technicians are doing work in or around your home. It isn’t only for our techs’ safety, but for your pet’s, as well. We don’t want them to accidentally get injured during a maintenance or repair job.
